The Masterpiece Bar-B-Que Legacy

Owner Ricky Poff worked 13 years alongside barbeque legend Dr. Rich Davis, creator of the world-renowned KC Masterpiece Barbeque.

Together they created many recipes, as well as memories, for catering events throughout the United States. Ricky and his wife, Sherri, accompanied Dr. Davis to cook for the President, politicians, actors, and famous athletes at events serving guests from 15 - 10,000.

Upon his retirement, Dr. Davis encouraged the Poff's to continue with a similar version of a barbeque-lover's dream, offering the wonderful taste of summer all year long!

Ricky, Sherri, friends and fellow barbeque lovers Malcom and Matuschka Briggs opened their first location in September of 2005, and are now expanding throughout the St. Louis and Illinois area.

We feature a true Mid-Western style barbeque, using only the finest choice meats seasoned with hand rubbed spices and specialty marinades, slow smoked daily over hickory logs in our Southern Pride Smokers.
